THAI puts first Dreamliner into service

BANGKOK – THAI has taken delivery of the first of eight Boeing 787 Dreamliners, configured with 264 seats across two cabins.  Royal Silk Class features lie-flat seats with 16 inch personal monitors in a 2-2-2 configuration and Economy Class has 3-3-3 configuration with 11 inch screens and the latest Panasonic eX3 entertainment system.

The first aircraft has gone into service initially on domestic flights between Bangkok and Chiang Mai and internationally between Bangkok and Manila.  www.thaiairways.com (ATI).
