Songbei Shangri-La opens its doors in Harbin

HARBIN – The 344-room Songbei Shangri-La has opened in China’s fabled city of ice, Harbin, 18 years after Shangri-La opened its first property there in 1999. Till February 20, the hotel has an introductory offer of RMB1,350 (plus service/tax) per night, including buffet breakfast.
