SIA Capital Express to fly Singapore/Canberra, Canberra/Wellington

SINGAPORE – Singapore Airlines is to become the first international airline to operate regular scheduled services into Canberra with the introduction from September of four flights weekly – from Singapore to Canberra and onwards to Wellington.

To be known as the Capital Express route, the new service will link the capital cities of Australia and New Zealand with Singapore.

Subject to regulatory approval, Boeing 777-20 flights from Singapore to Canberra will operate Tuesday/ Thursday/Saturday/Sunday and from Canberra to Wellington on Wednesday/Friday/Sunday/Monday. www.singaporeair.com.sg (ATI).
