MUMBAI – A steep decline in the value of India’s rupee (13% since April 30) and a sluggish economy haVE seen the Government lift permitted levels of foreign direct investment (FDI) in a range of sectors. These include 100% ownership in telecoms, asset reconstruction companies and credit information firms.
