NEW DELHI - The Reserve Bank of India has announced the launch of inflation-indexed bonds starting June 4. The first tranche of bonds will carry a 10-year maturity. The new bonds will have a fixed coupon rate with the principal amount linked to inflation based on the Wholesale Price Index (WPI).
