HK, China sign off on Fourth Protocol for Double Tax Arrangements

HONG KONG - Following ratification by the Governments of both sides, the Fourth Protocol to the double tax arrangement between Hong Kong and Mainland China is now in retroactive effect as of December 29, 2015.
