Understanding Malaysian culture: A workshop for SMEs – Melbourne

Many business ventures into Malaysia have been cut short by cross-cultural blunders ranging from language, etiquette, non-verbal communication and indifference to local customs and norms, sometimes with devastating financial consequences.

This workshop focusses on practical information and advice on living and working in Malaysia, explaining the underlying elements that shape Malaysian culture inside and outside the workplace. The programme covers three core areas - Communication, Etiquette, and Organisational Hierarchy.
