Runway maintenance impacting airline services into Jakarta

November 24, 2016

JAKARTA – Airline frequencies are being affected by runway maintenance works at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Singapore Airlines, which operates 63 flights weekly between Singapore and Jakarta, has been told to cut five of these. The flights impacted are SQ962 and SQ963 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Earlier, the runway maintenance forced SIA to postpone the introduction of a new Singapore-Jakarta-Sydney service due to launch on November 23. SIA is planning three flights weekly. www.singaporeair.com (ATI).
