Ritz-Carlton hotel, residential complex planned for Perth

PERTH - Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. and Far East Consortium, a leading Asian residential apartment developer, have signed an agreement for development of The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, heralding the much-anticipated return of the luxury hotel operator to Australia. The 204-room property, with additional one, two and three-bedroom residential apartments, is due to open in 2018.

The Ritz-Carlton Perth will form part of the riverside Elizabeth Quay development on Perth’s waterfront.  www.ritzcarlton.com (ATI).
