CHINA TARGETS 14.5% GROWTH IN RETAIL SECTOR FOR 2013

BEIJING - China will boost foreign trade in 2013 despite pressure on exports, Gao Hucheng, China’s new Minister of Commerce, said. Trade growth will be "no less than GDP growth," he said.
