BEIJING - China will boost foreign trade in 2013 despite pressure on exports, Gao Hucheng, China’s new Minister of Commerce, said. Trade growth will be "no less than GDP growth," he said. China will also strive to achieve 14.5% growth in domestic retail volumes this year. China’s National People's Congress has set a GDP growth target of 7.5% 2013. (ATI).
