July 11, 2019

BEIJING - China's State newsagency, Xinhua, is reporting that China's State Council "recently decided to adopt more measures to keep its foreign trade stable".

"China will improve its fiscal and tax policies, while studying ways to further lower the country's import tariff levels, refine export tax rebate policies and speed up the tax rebate process, the State Council said.

"It also called for simplifying import and export documents, cutting customs clearance time and reducing port charges."  www.webershandwick.cn (ATI).
