Border talks with India to continue, says China

BEIJING - China Daily reports that China and India will maintain dialogue and communication through military and diplomatic channels and jointly resolve issues while maintaining peace and stability in border regions, quoting China's Ministry of National Defence.

The report said military officials from both countries held their eighth China-India corps-commander-level meeting in Chushul, a village on the Indian side of the Line of Actual Control, on November 5. The previous meeting was held in Chushul on October 12. (ATI).
