Beijing-Athens direct as Air China lifts services to Europe

BEIJING – Air China is to launch non-stop flights between Beijing and Athens from September 30, initially offering two return services weekly.

Air China says it offers the largest selection of routes between China and Europe. The new Beijing-Athens service will bring the total number of routes to 26, with an offering of 300 flights weekly to 19 major European destinations, including London, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Rome, Moscow, Barcelona and Madrid, all serviced by wide-body aircraft. www.airchina.com.au (ATI).
